RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY

At Mycottonfield, we take great care in inspecting and packing the product. However if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your product, we'll be glad to rectify the problem or exchange the product.

Please see below for the terms and conditions .

7-days Return, Exchange and Money Back policy:

If you are not satisfied with your product, you could return it to us within 7 days from the date the order is delivered for a refund on the full merchandise value. Alternatively, you can also exchange the product for a different product subject to the availability of the product.

Return Policy

  1. Please raise your return request within 7 days of receiving the shipment.
  2. If you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped.
  3. Shipping and COD charges are non refundable.
  4. If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount. After the product has been shipped, the return shipping charges for sending the products back has to be borne by the customer.
  5. If the packaging has been tampered or if you have received the product in a damaged condition, please do not accept the package. Please e-mail us a snapshot of the defect to returns@mycottonfield.com mentioning your order ID in the subject column. We will send you a replacement at no extra cost.
  6. Once we have received the products, a quality check will be done by our team.
  7. The amount refunded to you would be for the products after deducting the shipping charges.
  8. In case we do not have pickup service available at your location, you would have to self ship the product. A maximum of INR 100.00 would be given to you as a credit note for reverse shipping
  9. Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery. Payment refunds are applicable only in case of damaged products or delivery of incorrect size (size other than that ordered). However, the Company reserves the right to levy shipping charges on cases that do not fall under this criteria.

 

Return Intimation: 

Please e-mail us at returns@mycottonfield.com  within 7 days from date of delivery.

The details of the return (Order number, courier docket No or AWB No, and Reason for Return) should be shared with the Customer Support by email.

 

Guidelines for a valid return:

  • Product & Accessories, if any, should be in original condition.
  • Tags should be retained and returned

 

Cancellation Policy

mycottonffield.com reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.

You may cancel an order within 24 hours after placing it. No cancellations are permitted beyond 24 hours. You can email us  at  support@mycottonfield.com for any cancellation requests. (Cancellation requests are not accepted through phone or online chat services)

 In an event wherein the customer wishes to cancel his/her order post-confirmation, he/she should email us at support@mycottonfield.com  stating the  ORDER No. Any accepted cancellation beyond 24 hours will be exclusively at the discretion of mycottonfield & the refund would only be in the form of a credit e-voucher code  only.

Please note that the complete order needs to be cancelled. We do not accept partial order cancellation requests.

 

Refund Policy

  1. Your refund will be initiated by us within 4 business days of receiving the refund request and authorization of the refund.
  2. Your refund is estimated to be credited in the account used for order payment, between 4-8 days after initiating the refund. Please note that the timing of the actual account credit is dependent on multiple external agencies such as banks, payment gateways and external couriers.

Mode of Refund

For both cancelled orders & returned products (due to incomplete sets, incorrect style, wrong sizes, or defective products delivered), the refund amount will be credited back into the same account (online banking, credit card, debit card) that was used to make the purchase.

In case of Cash On Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be done through NEFT.

We require product images and tags in the below mentioned cases:

  • Defective product received – Only product image required.
  • Wrong product received – Both product & Tag images required.
  • Wrong size received - Both product & Tag images required.
  • Unhappy with colour, i.e. Faded/Blurred - Only product image required.
  • Product different from website/doesn’t look the same - Only product image required.
  • Incomplete order received – Only Tag image is required.

The exchange, return and money back policies are subject to terms & conditions as mentioned below:

Once your returned item is received our Quality Assurance team will review the returned item. Any items that show signs of wear or usage cannot be accepted for return/ exchanges.

You will receive complimentary return shipping for all eligible products for return/money back within the 7 days exchange policy.  In case we are unable to arrange a return pickup from your pincode, we 

Product should be accompanied with the Original/Copy of Invoice for all returns / money back within the 7 days period.

In case of money back, the payment shall be made through the same mode of payment as the original purchase. The refund amount will be credited to the Customer's account within the time span stipulated by the bank which has issued the credit card.

In case of 'Cash on Delivery' orders, the refund amount shall be via NEFT to the bank account of the Customer within ten (10) business days after the receipt of request for refund has been approved.

mycottonfield.com reserves the right to change the exchange/money back price of the product based on the Quality Inspection.

In case of exchange, the customer will have to pay the difference between the new product chosen and the valuation of the old product before dispatch.

For the 7 days Exchange/Return policy, if the product is purchased at a discounted price under any promotion, then we will only refund the discounted price as per the invoice.

No exchange/return/cancellation request will be allowed after the 7 days from the order date.

Once altered, the product is not eligible for returns/exchange.
