SHIPPING & DELIVERY

-Shipping Policy-

Domestic Orders 

1. The Customer has to specify clearly the address where the shipment should be delivered.
2. Shipping is free for all orders above Rs 2000.00
3. Orders are delivered within 5 - 8 working days, unless specifically mentioned otherwise on the product page.
4. After creating an order, the customer can change the shipping address only until the point when the product is actually shipped. To change shipping address, kindly drop us a mail at info@mycottonfield.com within 24 hours of placing the order (Once the shipping confirmation mail has been sent to the customer, requests to change shipping address will not be entertained)

International Orders(To be operational soon)

1. We have tied up with reputed courier for all our international deliveries 
2. Shipping charges for all international customers will be calculated at checkout depending on the order value & dimensions of the packaging.
3. Custom charges have to be borne by the customer.
4. Orders are delivered within 7-10 working days, unless specifically mentioned otherwise on the product page.
5. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. To change shipping address, kindly drop us a mail at info@mycottonfield.com within 2 hours of placing the order.

 

 Charges (COD - Cash on Delivery)

 All customers can avail 'Cash on Delivery' option while placing an order.

As per the Cash on Delivery policy

• COD payment option is applicable for orders within INDIA
• COD is only applicable for orders below INR 2,000
• COD payment option is not available for customized orders / carpets.

 

 Usage of Promo code by the Company

 mycottonfield.com has the right to refuse the usage of any promo code at any point of time. Promo codes which have expired cannot be used on the Website. We can at any time ask the customer for the proof of having received the promo code.

1. Promo codes can be used only on specific orders as deemed fit by ­mycottonfield.
2. Promo codes are applicable on certain items, on specific orders,or on specific dates and occasions, at the sole discretion of mycottonfield.
3. Promo codes cannot be clubbed with any other special offer running on the site.
4. For offline payment mode the promo code will be accepted only within the date of expiry of the promo code.
5. For a payment received after the expiry of the promo code the discount will not be applicable on that order.
6. Discount / e-voucher coupon codes not applicable on products under special sale / promotional sale.
